Office/Hybrid:5 days a week in the office
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- To further develop website and e-store UK/Europe.
- To maintain and implement the global digital brand guidelines and strategy with our Head Office. Manage all online activity for site in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Working with Head Office to implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies including top performance and achieving KPI's.
- Develop content calendar
- Report on performance
- Merchandise management
- Work with all departments (Merchandising, Retail, Wholesale)

Manager Yearly Budget and Liaise with Finance
Website:
Regular communication with Head Office, Updates & Checks, Authorisation
Database:
CRM Management, Follow GDPR guidelines
SNS:
Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest
E-commerce:
- Oversee Sales, Customer queries (along with Retail)
- Stock Management (along with Merchandise department)
- Add new products
- SEO management
- Website maintenance and enhancement
- Report & Analysis
- Advertising
- Manage Assets, Photography and Video. Work with media agencies and consultants on the Digital campaigns.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent English and Japanese is a requirement as there will be discussions with Japan HQ.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing
- Bachelors 'degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
- Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommercefocused digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of customer flow and web analysis.
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
