Location:

Office/Hybrid:5 days a week in the office


What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • To further develop website and e-store UK/Europe.
  • To maintain and implement the global digital brand guidelines and strategy with our Head Office. Manage all online activity for site in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
  • Working with Head Office to implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
  • Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies including top performance and achieving KPI's.
  • Develop content calendar
  • Report on performance
  • Merchandise management
  • Work with all departments (Merchandising, Retail, Wholesale)

Budget:
Manager Yearly Budget and Liaise with Finance

Website:
Regular communication with Head Office, Updates & Checks, Authorisation

Database:
CRM Management, Follow GDPR guidelines


SNS:
Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest


E-commerce:

  • Oversee Sales, Customer queries (along with Retail)
  • Stock Management (along with Merchandise department)
  • Add new products
  • SEO management
  • Website maintenance and enhancement
  • Report & Analysis
  • Advertising
  • Manage Assets, Photography and Video. Work with media agencies and consultants on the Digital campaigns.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent English and Japanese is a requirement as there will be discussions with Japan HQ.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing
  • Bachelors 'degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommercefocused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of customer flow and web analysis.
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Google analytics
