This role is to support and lead the International recruitment team in creating an environment through which the team continuously improves and strives to provide service excellence.
This role supports the attraction, recruitment and pastoral care for International Recruits, ensuring a efficient and comprehensive end to end onboarding process.
To support the Head of Recruitment in achieving the business objectives and recruitment and retention strategy, whilst promoting a strong customer focused environment.
To provide a comprehensive Recruitment, Selection and Appointment advisory service to managers and staff at all levels. Undertake project work as required and propose changes to policies in light of practical experience on their implementation.
Be a key HR contact for all non-medical recruitment across the Trust and work, in conjunction with the Head of Recruitment, to ensure delivery of Recruitment KPI's.
You will be responsible for providing support and advice on all elements of International Recruitment and will be trained to be an expert in field in government legislation and International Recruitment Guidance's

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital Trust in the county of Kent.
The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 760,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.
We work from two main clinical sites:
Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury.
Tunbridge Wells Hospital opened in 2011 and provides single rooms with en-suites for all in-patients - the first of its kind in the country.
