Student Liaison Officer

37 hours per week, Term Time Only (plus 10 days)

Scale 6 (points Actual salary £24, £26,168.00 per annum

Trinity Academy Leeds is a brand-new school situated in east Leeds and currently open to two-year groups.

As a growing school we are seeking to expand our staff team and recruit like-minded individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to be the very best that they can be.

We are looking to recruit a committed, and proactive Student Liaison Officer to a strong, effective, and united Student Support Team.

The role of Student Liaison Officer will be key in establishing and maintaining this culture, in supporting our young people in making the right choices, in working hard and in being kind; helping them to 'Reach Higher, See Further and Shine Brighter.' If you are passionate about working with young people in an inner-city context, live and breathe high expectations and 'go the extra mile' to support, inspire and form relationships of mutual trust and respect with young people, then I would encourage you to apply.


These roles are suitable for people with either a teaching or non-teaching background and relevant CPD, training and opportunities to collaborate with other colleagues from across the MAT is standard practice.

What we need:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience of working with identified disaffected students, or groups of students
  • Experience of working with young people with SEN or behavioral issues
  • Experience of leading or managing a team
