The Leader Group have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a background of supporting Children in a residential setting.


The role involves:

  • Overall day to day running of a small residential home for children with Learning Disability needs
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets
  • Responsibility for providing a highquality service, both in respect of client support and employee engagement
  • Effective occupancy management; coordinating referrals and assessments
  • Leading investigations as required; participating in audit requirements and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to

For this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ 5 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Experience within children's residential services
