Description
Flamingo Digital requires customer service agents to handle phone
calls for our client base, the job role requires speaking to both consumers and
business callers providing support and assistance whilst representing our
clients and their brands. Applicants must have excellent spelling, grammar,
strong command of the English language and the ability to think quickly
whilst on a call.

Attention to detail and good timekeeping is critical, You
will be acting as a virtual receptionist so are expected to professionally and
politely answer a call, following on-screen prompts and enact as required,
taking a phone number along with a brief message then use our systems to log
these details for our clients.

Ideal role for students, potential for additional ad-hoc hours.


SKILLS NEEDED
Excellent timekeeping
Excellent spelling and grammar
Applicants need to be happy to be featured in social media pictures, videos and
updates.
Numeracy
Ability to follow instructions
Communications skills

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
