The Role:

As a
SENCO you will have the unique opportunity to work across a variety of schools in the trust, collaborating with dedicated colleagues to make a positive difference in the lives of students with special educational needs

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing effective strategies for supporting students with SEND.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create individualised education plans.
Providing guidance and training to staff on best practices in SEND.
Ensuring compliance with SEND regulations and policies.
Contributing to the overall development of inclusive practices within the MAT.

Requirements:

Qualified
SENCO status (National Award for SEND Coordinators or equivalent)
Proven experience in a
SENCO role.
A passion for inclusive education and the wellbeing of students with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
