Are you a PASSIONATE and DRIVEN Children's Home Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity? Or are you an AMBITIOUS children's home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a residential home in the Creditonarea of Devon.


You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the service which has been recently renovated to an incredibly high standard and open a BRAND NEW Children's EBD home which is looking for a manager to set the service up from scratch, responsible for everythingfrom hiring the staff team to the day to day running of the home with the support of the experienced senior leadership team.


Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, the Children's Home Registered Manager will have the children and quality at the heartof your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

Requirements to be a Children's Home Registered Manager:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
