Description

Oversee the delivery of Strategic Initiatives, Projects and Programmes ensuring that sustainable benefits and quality patients experiences are at the heart of the change.

Provide strategic advice, guidance and coaching support to SROs and other stakeholders to drive delivery of the Trusts priorities. Ensure robust governance and monitoring processes are in place with a focus on evidence-based reporting. Ensure appropriate data collection systems are in place with clear baselines to evidence traction and improvement.

Ensure that all programme and project documentation is developed, used and maintained through an initiatives lifecycle. Develop proposals to enhance current projects. Programmes and strategic programmes to delivery further and faster.

Ensure programme and project management principles and approaches are embedded within the projects including learning from other hospitals and from non-healthcare sectors both nationally and internationally.

Working closely with Business Intelligence and Finance colleagues to develop both financial and non-financial productivity/efficiency measures.

Develop a variety of reports and updates for a variety of audiences, including Hospital Management Board, ICS Groups, Divisional Management and other forums.

Ensure programmes have visions and blueprints with a well-articulated approach to achieving the new vision and end state.

To work closely with and develop strong working relationships with Clinical and Divisional staff at all levels, SROs and system wide stakeholders to help shape and influence change and transformation.
