Qin Recruitment is working with an incredible charity founded in 1997 by a group of parents who wanted to set up a specialist school in London for children with Autism.

They started with just four pupils.

The charity now operates four specialist schools with 100s of pupils across the South of England.

They are looking to appoint a Speech and Language Therapist on a permanent basis at their lead school in Muswell Hill, London.

The Integrated Services team comprises a team of PBS specialists, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists.

The Speech and Language Therapist will work within a transdisciplinary team and contribute to planning, adaptation, monitoring, and reporting on the Learners' access to and progress through their personalised study programme related to their area of specialism.

The SaLT will be responsible for assessing needs within their scope of practice and contributing to setting discrete learning targets.

Provide speech and language therapy for pupils/ students through devising and implementing individual and group intervention programmes.
To write and support the fidelity of speech and language therapy programmes for others to deliver.
Review, refine, and develop the universal speech and language therapy offer within your setting.
Deliver the above in line with the Ambitious Approach.

You will need a minimum of a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy or Equivalent.
