Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff are on the hunt for Teaching Assistants who have experience working with young people with SEMH, to work in schools in and across RCT.

We require you to have experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour and emotionaldifficulties and the experience of working with people from a similar background or challenges is highly desirable.

We have a lot of additional support in the form of our CPD Courses as well as our in-house TA School, ensuring you flourish throughout this role.

Highly Desirable:

Special Educational Needs Experience in a care or school setting
Understanding and experience of supporting/teaching young people with attachment disorder and challenging behaviour
Training in Learning Support
