Pro FS is an independent, family run business which provides Third Party Fulfilment services to e-commerce retailers in the UK and Europe.

We are looking for motivated, hardworking people who can get along with, and support others.

We are looking for a
Systems Support Agent to join our
IT Support team in Milton Keynes.

As a Systems Support Agent, you will be providing daily support to our teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily management of business systems.
Testing of system developments prior to deployment.
Data analysis and reporting.
Liaising and communicating with suppliers and stakeholders.
Monitoring of business systems and hardware.
Ad hoc duties as required.

We are looking for a reliable, quality focused individual who can help us deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Requirements:

Previous IT Support Desk activity.
Strong communication and documentation skills within a professional environment.
Problem solving.

Preferable:

Working knowledge of ecommerce fulfilment operations.
Experience within similar role.
Familiar with Javascript and MySQL.
Experience supporting warehouse management systems.

Terms:

Full time 37.5 hours a week (excluding 1 hour break)

Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00

Salary 28k 31k dependent on experience.
Approved overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
28 days holiday per annum including UK public holidays (increasing after 3 years' service)
Pension 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
Discretionary bonus scheme.
Outstanding facilities.

Salary:
£28,621.00-£31,000.00 per year
