Our client is looking for the perfect Care Co-Ordinator to join their team who is eager, enthusiastic and who emphasises the importance of accuracy to help a

TEAM. Our client have been operating in this location for 5+ years and their success is down to

CARE CO-ORDINATOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will liaise with the team, professionals and clients to optimise the care provided
  • You must be capable of building trusting relationships with all contacts
  • You will organise rotas, conduct observations and shadow CareGivers when required
  • You shall complete care plans/packages
  • You will organise service reviews to keep the brand in high regards
  • You shall cover calls if carers are unavailable

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Previous experience in Health or Social Care is desirable, but not required
  • Extremely organised
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Resilient and determined
  • Supportive of others
