I am currently working with a market intelligence client who is looking for an
Agile Coach on a 12 month contract.

This role will be fully remote.

You must have had experience of working in financial services and have implemented Agile at a business level, working directly with teams.

Critical experiences needed:

Effectively supported a successful organisational transformation delivered enterprise and/or crossfunctional program
Experience with Agile frameworks preferable within a product and clientcentric organisation
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with senior and middle management
Experience in coaching, training, and facilitating leaders through business transformation
Previously worked in a global company and demonstrated crosscultural and crossfunctional effectiveness
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a team setting including extended teams where members are not always direct reports
