Our client, an international Freight Forwarding company are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Essex.

Your role as the Sales Coordinator will be to handle all enquiries for EU groupage services, deal with all bookings and quotations, and support the sales team with their daily duties.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be liaising with customers, suppliers, overseas partners and internal teams, so it goes without saying, having excellent communication skills is a good attribute for this role.

Key requirements for this role:

Have an understanding of taxable kilos

Able to manually calculate costs and charges

Proven experience developing relationships

Ability to work well both in a team and independently

Excellent IT skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
