Small but rapidly growing family company require experienced operatives to join our team.

Experience in general highway civils and surfacing required I.e kerbing drainage tarmac machine and hand lay.

Surfacing Experience desired

Must be able to demonstrate good work ethics

Must be able to work on own initiative but also work well as part of a team

PPE provided however own hand tools preferred.

With us being a small/medium company we will expect you to become a valued member of the team and with this you will always be treat as a person not just a number.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and excavating
• Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license is preferred

Salary:
£150.00-£200.00 per day

• Groundwork: 2 years (required)
