The post holder will provide a comprehensive, confidential and efficient administrative support to the Community Mental Health Team.


We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills as they will be liaising with a wide variety of personnel at all levels both internal and external to the Health Board and working in a multi-disciplinary team.


We seek an individual who can manage the day to day running of diaries, prioritise their workload, use their own initiative and who is able to be responsive and flexible in a constant changing environment.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.


To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health Team Manager, the Community Mental Health Team and the Assertive Outreach Team.

This includes providing general administrative support, arranging meetings, coordinating information, preparation of agendas, minute taking, data entry, and support in the administration regarding quality improvement.

Administrative support to nursing clinics.


The post holder is required to communicate and liaise with staff and members of the public, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with Health Board policies.
