Description
- Provide daily support to the Service Desk Manager in delivery of core iHub tasks.
Acting as a key team player, you will gain awareness and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation; from asset management to actioning new accounts.
There will be opportunity to gain skills from other areas of the team.Submitting catalogue requests, asset management, customer advice & guidance on requests as per service catalogue, sharepoint permissions & basic site maintenance, supporting team admin and conduct asset audits.

£13.70 per hour
