We are recruiting for our Nordic/UK cluster a qualified professional, for the position of Customer Service Representative for Norway, based in London.

The resource will manage the day to day activities of customer service for our Norwegian & UK customers, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Working closely with customer service team colleagues in other areas of the business in terms of support and involved in training;
  • Call handling, taking calls, assisting clients where required.
  • Monitoring and managing customers queries/cases through sales force;
  • Managing the "order to cash flow" process (Order Collection/Entry/Management) ensuring the balance of commercial conditions as per Business Manager guidelines and planning requirements are applied effectively;
  • Working closely with logistics acting as interface between Customers, Sales reps, Distribution, Shipping, being reference point for Accounts and solving any related issues (shipment shortages, wrong deliveries, delays, warranty issues, etc.);
  • Managing the customers' portfolio ensuring the right status of "back orders";
  • Supporting the organization of updating on trackers, events and customers' visits to guarantee the achievement of sales' target with assistance during the selection;
  • Actively analyzing processes/flows and proposing ad hoc solutions for both EMEA Customer Service structure and clients' requests.

Requirements:


  • Excellent knowledge of Norwegian & English language;
  • Knowledge of office package
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
  • Knowledge of using Sales Force preferred but not mandatory;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to listen and to manage a commercial relationship;
  • Problem Solving Skills;
  • Team oriented;
  • Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic attitude.

Reporting to:

  • Functionally to Sales Operations Manager North.
  • Operationally to CS coordinator in Italy
