Business Development Manager - Engineering Services
£40,000 - £50,000 + OTE

My client is an Engineering service provider specialising in design, installation and maintenance of HVAC and M&E to a diverse, nationwide client base.

Currently in a truly exciting and inspiring period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Business DevelopmentManager (BDM) to join their high performing, close-knit team.

Enjoying the support of an excellent Bid team, as well as telemarketing / telesales, the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) is yours to define.

You could be a strong cold caller, who loves being on the road, meeting new people and closing deals, oryou could be someone who excels at networking / industry events.

There is no single right way to succeed in this role, and you will be granted the autonomy to deliver results in your own unique way.

A base salary of £40,000 - £50,000 is on offer for the Business Development Manager (BDM) alongside a company car, a clear, transparent and rewarding commission scheme, and unparalleled career progression opportunities.
