CALLING ALL GRADUATES:
Graduate Trainee Financial Adviser / IFA Administrator - £25k

Are you a recent Graduate or Junior Financial Administrator with aspirations to work in wealth management/financial planning? Do you have some basic financial service experience or possibly an internship within a financial planning or advice practice or similar?
My client is a wealth planning business with offices across who have been operating for 10 years.

They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators.

Many of their clients fall into the HNW category with multiple millions of assets to invest.

This business has a team of 20+ Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients.


Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews, a vacancy has come available for a brand-new Graduate Financial Administrator.

You will be supporting the highest billing adviser in the business, so you havean opportunity to learn from the best executives in the business.

The role will be office based 5 days a week in Weybridge (Surrey).

If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies.

My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularlyenjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting.

Cultural fit will be very important to my client.


If you aspire to be a paraplanner or a financial adviser in the future then they can offer full training and a route to doing this.

The business works on a whole of market basis so you will learn about the broadest range of advice comapred to restrictedfinancial advice models.

My client are looking to offer circa £25k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus.
