We are now looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll develop sales of our homes to customers across Bude and the surrounding area.


Generating leads and achieving sales targets for our properties, you will deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction in all your interactions.


You'll familiarise yourself with all the benefits and unique selling points of the homes on the development, presenting these to customers to support the Customer Journey.

Managing the sales process, you'll qualify customers, assisting and supporting them throughout their journey with us to ensure we achieve the maximum revenue for each property.


Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain active contact with the customers for updates and queries
  • Undertake market research
  • Support and attend promotional events and regular meetings with the project teams

About You
To be considered as a Sales Advisor, you will need:

  • Experience of delivering sales in a New Homes environment
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT
  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Willing to travel through Devon and Cornwall
