Maternity Contract

Are you looking for a busy and involved administration role ?

Do you have experience or an interest in Fleet Services ?

Are you available for a 1 year Maternity Contract ?

If so this is the position for you

Working as a Fleet and General Services Coordinator you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

Maintaining a efficient and effective fleet management process

Fleet induction for new starters

Answering queries from company vehicle users and maintaining fleet records

Reception duties and answering calls and taking messages for the business

Arranging hospitality, flight and accommodation for staff

Taking bookings for the meeting rooms

Checking and restocking of staff facilities

Local point of contact for internal supplies contractors

General administration duties
