Job Title:
Automotive Parts Coordinator

Location:
Basildon / Hybrid

Rate:
£20.71 ph Umbrella Co Basis - increasing to £28.21 ph Umbrella Co in week 13 of the contract under AWR (inside IR35)

Employment Type:
Contract (initially approx. 12 months)

Hours:
Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week

Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) is a key contributing organisation within company's business as we transition from our historical product lineup of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) only, to a strong Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) powertrain offering.

Skills Required:

Work the with stores team to manage tryout parts storage and shipping around the world to various machine tool suppliers.
Support shipping and customs clearance processes.
Manage documentation and work with all internal teams to understand part requirements.
Manage finance systems and ensure funding is in place for all parts.
Immerse within our dynamic and flexible team and contribute to the team as we work in a fastchanging environment.

Skills Required Continued:

Highly proficient in MS Office including MS Project and Excel.
High level attention to detail, and methodical approach to documentation.
Project management.

Experience Required:

Strong experience in material, part or logistics management.

Education Required:

Bachelors degree or strong industry experience without degree.

Additional Information:

This role is INSIDE IR35
Some work from home, so needs to be a self-starter.

Salary:
£20.71-£28.21 per hour
