Finance Manager, autonomous hands on role, well-established organisation, Northampton, up to £45,000


Our client, a well-established, highly reputable organisation in the Northamptonshire area, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance processes for the UK site.

This role is responsible for ensuring effective financial controlof the company and reporting on all aspect of the company pertaining to finance and credit control.

Responsibilities include;

  • Support the senior management team, providing annual forecasts and budget requirements
  • Provide financial reports on both a routine and an adhoc basis as required
  • Responsibility of the accounts payable function
  • Management and delivery of payroll services
  • VAT returns, credit control and expense management


For this position we are looking for someone who has a proven track record in finance management and someone who has had experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a small business.

This is a hands on role, with sole ownership of a number of financeprocesses.

This person will be highly IT literate, a good communicator and someone who has good experience in being self-sufficient and pro-active.

This individual will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work towards business deadlines. Someone who will be able to demonstrate how they can maintain and nurture relationships across the organisation.

Any experience of working within an internationalgroup would be highly beneficial as this organisation sits within a wider group, internationally.
