Penta hotels are looking for a high achieving, professional, dedicated and ambitious Director of Sales for Reading.


We entrust you with this area:

  • Prospecting and client research, identifying sales opportunities.
  • Developing efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Organising, hosting and attending sales events/familiarisation trips
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Professionally representing the hotels within the local business market
  • Generating accommodation, food and beverage, and M&E business from a national, regional and local level.
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales production reports
  • Analysing reports/data to understand trends and business opportunities
  • Account managing existing account base and nurturing these relationships
