    About the Role

    This Medical Assistant position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

    The schedule is working Monday through Friday, daytime hours (6:45AM - 3:15PM), with occasional weekend and holiday rotations.

    Responsibilities

    • High volume phlebotomy
    • Maintain supplies for blood drawing stations
    • Ensure lab specimens are sent to proper labs
    • Document patient care services using daily logs and patient records
    • Utilize computer to enter labs and print labels
    • Assist physician or ultrasound technician with procedures
    • Assist with HSGs as needed
    • Taking vital signs and general clinical assistance
    • Assisting with clinical care of fertility patients

    Requirements

    • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through
    • Minimum of one year prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
