Lettings Negotiator (OTE £28K - £34K but commission uncapped)

Lets Live Leeds are pleased to announce a new role to join a well-established, successful, and respected Letting agency, with a prime location in Horsforth Leeds.
You'll be joining a supportive, friendly, and experienced team who are proactive and motivated to deliver top class service (please checkout our google reviews).
At Lets Live Leeds we move around 450 tenants per year and are looking for a super star team player to help orchestrate this process.
Working with an admin and accounts team, the Lettings Professional will be responsible for the Life cycle of a tenant from viewing to vacation.
You will have a very firm grip on all a smooth welcome for incoming tenants through to an equally fluent exit for tenants departing - delivering the best customer service.
Duties
- Managing the lettings process, assisted by Office Administrators
- Overseeing check in / checkout out / Inspections and deposit return process
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Prospecting for new business
- Conduct property inspections and property valuations
- Answering incoming calls through the general enquiries phone line
- Troubleshoot any incoming maintenance reports and instruct contractors where required
- Increase market share and grow the managed portfolio
- Generate Lettings consultations via new and existing customer leads
- Keep in regular contact with existing landlords to update with legislation, market conditions and ensure our service is satisfactory
You
- Property industry knowledge
- Previous experience in lettings
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Great under pressure and thrive on resolving challenges
- Full UK driving licence

Salary graded on experience:

Commission and bonus scheme is uncapped:
- Company car after probation period (personal milage salary deductions) or mileage 0.45p per mile using your own car / fuel and insurance
- Company Pension scheme

- 21 days annual leave + bank holidays (additional extra day per year of service capped at 25 days)
- Free on street parking
- Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays (103pm) with time in lieu during the week
- Overtime for any additional agreed hours at £15 per hour.
