We are looking for an experienced individual to join the School Administrative Team responsible for supporting student attendance, engagement, modularity, and assessments.

You will be responsible for supervising administrative staff and overseeing student lifecycle activities in a busy and ever-changing environment.

Your duties will also include arranging and serving committees/meetings and acting as secretary, taking minutes, producing reports and documents where accuracy is key.


You will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to supervise and motivate others.

It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external bodies.

You will also be driven to evaluate performance and explore new ideas and look for ways continuously improve administrative processes.

It is essential that you have experience of monitoring and evaluating performance, compiling data and statistical information.

Experience in the use of the University's SITS management information system and/or other databases is also necessary.
