Description
UK Doors Online are recruiting for a Logistics and Transport Co-ordinator to join their growing team.

This role will include communicating with customers, so excellent customer service skills are essential. You will also be comfortable booking couriers and agency drivers when needed.


This is a hands-on role, with top organisational skills needed to ensure correct items are all loaded and checked off onto vehicles.


Daily tasks will include:

  • Booking incoming deliveries
  • Investigating supplier shortages
  • Investigating vehicle inspections
  • Printing and sorting driver paperwork
  • Keeping vehicle service records up to date
Core shift hours for office staff are either 7.30am - 4pm or 8.30am - 5pm.

This role may require a mix of the two, dependant on the needs of the business but this can be discussed further at interview.


Essential skills required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Great telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
