I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic software company based in Central London near Covent Garden who are looking for a Temporary Receptionist.

They're looking for someone to come into their reception team who has previous experience in a similar role and would be able to hit the ground running.


They would be looking for someone to work from Friday the 10th March to Tuesday 14th of March from 9:00 to 5:30.

Typical duties would include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in to the visitors log books.

Answering incoming phone calls and passing them onto the appropriate member of the team.

Booking and arranging meeting rooms

Ad hoc administration tasks as required by the wider team.


You:
Previous reception experience, ideally in a corporate environment.

Will have excellent communication skills

Are a confident IT user with proficient MS Office skills

Are well organised with strong attention to detail
