As a Quality Apprentice (Level 4) you will be working with our project quality team and will be assisting with quality assurance and quality control checks across the business.

Within this role you will be responsible for analysing facts, preparing reports and help contribute to continuous business improvement.


What you'll be doing:

  • Working with other teams to ensure systems are in place to allow plans to be established and agreed with customers, subcontractors, and supply chain.
  • Assisting in developing specific project and task quality plans.
  • Working with other areas of the business to ensure the quality plan is being followed and the requirements are being met.
  • Support the development of either project or business quality strategies and plans, as well as the implementation of measurement frameworks across the project.
  • Supporting the quality team in dealing with external auditing governing bodies to maintain existing certification and continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for:

  • Pays attention to detail and sees things through to completion.
  • Can deliver reports orally and written in an objective and persuasive manner.
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work within a multidiscipline team.

Apprenticeship Overview:

  • Apprenticeship Standard: Quality Practitioner Level 4
Apprenticeship Length: 14 months.

  • Entry Requirements: Minimum GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivalent and A Levels in Science & Engineering disciplines.
