The Trust engages and inspires people to make their difference tackling the nature and climate crisis helping protect, restore and create our vital woods and trees.

THE ROLE

It's an exciting time to join the Trust as we work towards our vision to protect, create and restore the UK's woodland.

The Personal Assistant to our Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer will be integral in driving this activity and ensuring successful delivery of priorities, projects and workflow through the departments.

The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, wider departments and with other PA's across the Trust to ensure smooth delivery and to ensure best practice is shared.

This executive assistant role is responsible for ensuring monthly reports, meeting minutes, KPIs and other reports are collated and submitted to tight deadlines.

This is a Hybrid working role, where you'll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

You'll have experience managing a busy diary, including arranging virtual meetings via Teams and Zoom and be able to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

As a confident communicator and effective problem solver, you'll be flexible and be able to adapt to change quickly, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and achieve outcomes within timescales.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You'll have our full support, training and opportunities for professional development, along with a contributory pension, life assurance, good holiday allowance and the opportunity to work flexibly from home.
