IAM Product Delivery Lead

Knutsford


As a Barclays Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Delivery Lead you will be responsible for managing the overall build-the-bank portfolio spanning across the IAM department ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and management reporting.

You will have excellent Identity Management (IDM) knowledge and exposure to working with market driving identity management toolsets.

You will also have responsibility of managing projects and implementing programs for the bank Globally as as per IAM Security Standard and controls requirements.

What will you be doing?:


  • Tracking and reporting progress on key milestones for all programs under the portfolio
  • Overseeing one or multiple programs consisting multiple projects and deliveries
  • Providing Risk and Issue management support
  • Working with external and internal leads to garner crossfunctional support
  • Establishing measures of success and track the progress of business impact
  • Driving communication strategy of the partnership program to senior leaders, internal teams and partners where applicable
  • You will be responsible for leading and coaching the team in the adoption of best in class practices
  • Operating Budget Management for projects and programs in hand

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Project Management, Change management
  • Experience in End to End Customer Journey Mapping, and Design Thinking as approaches to refine requirements working with relevant business partners and customers
  • Experience of leading teams directly and influencing partners
  • Experience setting up and driving Transformation Programs

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Experience in Information security and control/compliance environment
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Change Delivery to transforming technical delivery into business benefits
  • Experience in managing Business Analysis and solution design and Familiar with collaboration tools such as Confluence or SharePoint

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.

The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
