We're on the lookout for a dedicated Hotel Concierge to join a brand-new exquisite 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the heart of London's vibrant West End district.

The Role
As our Hotel Concierge, you hold the key to creating a warm and unforgettable welcome for our esteemed guests.

Your mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional 5-Star experience throughout their stay at our hotel.

What We're Looking For:

Hotel Experience: Ideally, we're seeking a Concierge with previous experience at a 4-Star minimum, ideally 5-Star Luxury Hotel.

Golden Keys Advantage: Membership with Les Clefs d'Or is a plus, though not mandatory.

Local Savvy: A solid knowledge of Central London and the surrounding areas.

Customer Service Excellence: Your personality and customer service skill set you apart.
