Up to £24,500 including bonus (depending on experience) + benefits

Your Purpose

Your Role

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Keeping the customer at the heart of what we do

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.

Keeping up to date with all Specsavers products and campaigns so that you can effectively support our customers' needs.

Deliver award winning customer service standards in every iteration.

Meeting or exceeding set targets for customer satisfaction and productivity

What you'll bring

Experience in offering customer service either in person or in a Contact Centre role. If you haven't worked in a contact centre before, we are fully supportive with training.

Have excellent written communication skills.

Confident and professional phone manner and great listening skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and multiple customer management systems.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to make decisions based on the information a customer has given you.
