We are looking for a
Head of Digital Marketing.

With 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience, you will bridge the gap between marketing team and social media team management, ensuring an environment where the team consistently delivers high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives and target audience.
• Lead a highperforming digital marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve campaign goals and KPIs.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and create strategical planning for the growth of digital products.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency and quality assurance across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Experience in channel and performance marketing is a plus.
• Experience in CRM is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team, building digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing and datadriven decision making.
• General knowledge of marketing platforms such as Google GA4 Analytics, and GTM.
• Selfdriven with the ability to work independently, yet an outstanding team player.
• Strong problemsolving prowess and motivational skills.
• Ability to foster robust partnerships and collaborate across teams.
• Emphasis on reliability, designing for contingencies, decoupling, and maintaining simplicity.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication.

£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
