About the Role

We are looking for an e-commerce assistant to further develop our online presence and require a multi-talented individual to join our team.

The role encompasses a wide range of objectives and will provide you with an overview of all aspects of the e-commerce world.

Some tasks may involve:

Have experience or understanding in working with our ecommerce partners, namely Amazon, eBay & Zalando. Be comfortable working with Excel import & export data between channels
Add new products to our database and general stock management using our bespoke backend system
Assisting in marketing efforts to help drive sales by means of PPC, SEO and social media platforms i.e. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads
Actively monitoring our issue management system (AIMS), updating & resolving assigned tasks in a time effective manner. Take lead on identifying issues and opening AIMS as required
Strong computation skills in Excel, Photoshop & online ecommerce systems such as Shopify or Magento is desired
