Business Development Associate

Yolk Recruitment are excited to be working closely with a global and leading Pharmaceutical Business to find a driven and experienced Business Development Associate to join their team in Hay-On-Wye.

They are the bridge between life-changing therapies, and patients, and their priority and focus is on providing an industry leading customer experience.

What you'll be doing?

Strategically prioritise and target existing and new accounts
Gather market intelligence and present this to both clients and internal teams
Build and maintain the revenue of target accounts
Meet clients both virtually and face to face to promote the business and develop relationships
Generate proposals and coordinate the proposal process
Support target market awareness for conferences and seminars
Ensure all databases and systems are accurate and kept up to date
Support in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and templates

The experience you'll bring to the team:
As a driven business development associate, you will have previous experience in building relationships and handling customer requests

You will also have:

A background within a high volume or regulated environment would be preferred but is not essential
Experience in analysing and presenting data
Confidence in working with demanding timeframes and deadlines
Exceptional communication, written and IT skills, including basic packages and also analytical tools
