What We Need


We are looking for an intern to deliver a project to create meaningful diversity targets for the Port of Aberdeen.

This is key to our strategic priorities for this year and beyond.

We are a diversity champion, through sponsorship of the Maritime UK programme and we need to develop a holistic purpose and plan to achieve the gold standard diversity status we want to.


This role is for someone to research what is best practice in the industry/locality and then work to define appropriate targets to align to our strategy.

The individual will produce a recommendation report of target areas where we can and should focus to improve the diversity and equality of opportunity as an employer, the standards and measures we should be implementing, with suggested best practices observed in other businesses to achieve these.
