IFA Administrator - Birmingham - Salary negotiable up to £30K


MB Fitzgerald Recruitment are currently working with a leading West Midlands based Financial Planning organisation with brand new offices in city centre Birmingham.


The company:

  • The business are true holistic financial planners. They work with HNW individuals including Directors, Sports professionals, Legal and Accountancy Partners etc. and specialise in providing tailored financial planning solutions.
  • Their work involves full cashflow planning, Pensions, Investments, Protection, Bonds, Trusts, EIS, VCT's etc
We are looking for an Administrator who takes pride in their work.

They will be very much involved in the financial planning process, working closely with clients who you will become a point of contact for within the business.

Key tasks and responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Obtaining details of client holdings
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Preparing letters
  • Generating investment valuations
  • Producing compliant illustrations and quotations
  • Completing forms (both paperbased and electronic)
  • Preparing review packs for client meetings
  • Assisting with the implementation of investment advice via electronic platforms
