Life Cafe's and Resorts are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable
Cafe Team Leader to join our front of house operation at our well-established site at
Regents Park, London.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Café Team Leader, you will be working with a supportive, and positive team at Regents Park, London.

This is a full-time position, which includes weekdays as well as weekends.

Preparing and serving hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee. You need to be barista trained, ideally with latte art skills.
Experience of some food preparation and basic kitchen tasks required.
Supervising the team, delegating duties, ensuring H&S and customer service standards are followed at all times.
Assisting with customer queries and feedback.
Key holder duties opening and closing of the café.
Café customer service warm & friendly hospitality to the guests, till operation, table service.
General café upkeeping clearing tables, making sure the café is clean and hygienic, restocking
Other catering & function tasks.

ABOUT YOU

You will be positive, energetic and professional and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests receive outstanding, consistent hospitality throughout their visit.

You will have leadership qualities and an interest in people development.

As a supervisor, you will be prepared to support and develop your fellow team members, assist them with training and customer service.

You will deliver excellent customer service and food hygiene standards. You must be an individual that understands our community values and can consistently deliver a high-quality food and drink.
