A unique chance to join a market leading Property Management (Factoring) company in Glasgow working in a varied Training based role_


Due to continued growth this prestigious property firm are looking to recruit a Training Co-Ordinator to work closely with new and existing staff carrying out ongoing training, development and support in relation to property, customer service and IT competencies.


Your key duties will include:

  • Provide initial basic property training for all new recruits guiding them on the key elements of the position, the industry as a whole and the company processes and standards
  • Enter into the role of a buddy with new recruits, to provide informal support and guidance.
  • Complete followup training with new recruits and any additional training requirements
  • Carry out CRM system training including introductions for new staff and also workshops & refresher courses for existing staff
  • Completing and compiling staff training records for both property and systems knowledge
  • Work closely with management and the existing training staff to carry out periodic reviews of current training content ensure this is up to date and relevant, adapting as required

This is a permanent role and is open to both full time and part time applicants with minimum working hours of 18/19 per week, with flexibility around start/finish times (within the core business hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) it may suit those with childcare commitments. Some travel to the Edinburgh office will be required as part of the role so a driving licence would be preferable, with mileage/expenses paid.
