The services we provide range from specialist education recruitment services and DBS services through to an OccupationalHealth Division, with the majority of our team providing outstanding customer service and expertise in the form of Payroll, HR Administration and HR Advisory Services.


The Role:


The Marketing Manager's primary focus is to manage the marketing team, implement strategic outreach plans, coordinate marketing projects, and brand building initiatives designed to build audiences, engage customers, and achieve overall business objectives.

The Marketing Manager will be accountable for the brand management of HR Connect and its subsidiary brands.

Responsible for brand awareness and brand positioning of the HR Connect in the marketplace, ensuring the marketing team utilise all available channelsto actively promote the full range of HR Connect products and services.


Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive traditional and digital marketing campaigns, the management of all HR Connect social media channels and accountable for ensuring all content including digital, social, insight and thought leadership pieces alignwith the HR Connect's proposition, brand guidelines and desired market positioning.


Key Duties:

Develop strategies and tactics to gain market share within our areas of expertise

Drive qualified traffic to our Sales team

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals


Responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy marketing team, tasked with delivering all marketing activities for HR Connect and its subsidiary brands.


Accountable for brand management and corporate identity; ensuring that HR Connect, its subsidiary brands and all its products and services are positioned correctly in the marketplace.


Responsible for ensuring the marketing team are HR Connect's brand advocates, maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are engaged in order to keep them informed of any marketing activities/objectives.


Liaise with other areas of the Commercial team to deliver marketing strategy; coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities, campaign design, market segmentation, target markets, product positioning, design and content creation in order to promoteHR Connect in the best light and generate income opportunities.
