The job itself:

The outcome of the council's Total Pay and Reward review means the full-time salary for this position from 1st
April 2024 will be £25,979 to £26,421. The salary will be pro rata for part time and term time vacancies.

We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to join the Housing Transportation and Public Protection team working in an administrative role for Business Support Team.

You should have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt in a busy and changing environment.

We are seeking someone who is customer focussed has excellent communications skills and has experience of call handling or similar customer contact work.

Confidentiality and ability to deal with sensitive matters is required as is the ability to work as a part of a team

NB this post is currently office based.
