Description

Make your mark for patients
As a
Quality Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

Support the execution and maintenance of UCB Quality Management System within the organization ensuring records (e.g. Deviations, Change Controls, Complaints etc.) are raised & processed relevant electronic system
Report any identified gaps and propose potential Corrective and Preventative Actions
Ensure that identified and agreed Corrective and Preventative Actions are raised, tracked and closed within target timelines
Track and trend quality system data and key performance indicators
Prepare, review and approve batch documentation to ensure timely QA disposition of medicinal product on the market
Generation of Annual Product Quality Reviews according to UCB procedures and schedule
Coordination of the UCB stability program for local products
Support the affiliate annual selfinspection program
Contribute to the periodic Management Review of quality systems and procedures
Perform and support regulatory inspection readiness preparation activities
Support quality oversight of local vendors
Ensuring that all GxP documents are maintained in an electronic document management system

About you

You should have:

Required bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry and Pharmacy)
12 years' experience working in a relevant pharmaceutical quality function would be an advantage
Strong organizational skills including ability to follow assignments through to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work accurately, diligently and has good attention to details
Strong IT competency in using Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook etc.
