As a
Quality Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support the execution and maintenance of UCB Quality Management System within the organization ensuring records (e.g. Deviations, Change Controls, Complaints etc.) are raised & processed relevant electronic system
- Report any identified gaps and propose potential Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Ensure that identified and agreed Corrective and Preventative Actions are raised, tracked and closed within target timelines
- Track and trend quality system data and key performance indicators
- Prepare, review and approve batch documentation to ensure timely QA disposition of medicinal product on the market
- Generation of Annual Product Quality Reviews according to UCB procedures and schedule
- Coordination of the UCB stability program for local products
- Support the affiliate annual selfinspection program
- Contribute to the periodic Management Review of quality systems and procedures
- Perform and support regulatory inspection readiness preparation activities
- Support quality oversight of local vendors
- Ensuring that all GxP documents are maintained in an electronic document management system
About you
You should have:
- Required bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry and Pharmacy)
- 12 years' experience working in a relevant pharmaceutical quality function would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills including ability to follow assignments through to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately, diligently and has good attention to details
- Strong IT competency in using Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook etc.
