Description
We are recruiting for 2 part time Customer Service Representatives for a company based in Sutton On Trent.

This is a genuine temporary to permanent position. 20 hours per week with flexibility. Minimum wage with the view to increase salary/hours.


We are looking for 1 Customer Service Agent and 1 general all rounder to help the Sales and Customer Services departments.


Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Answer any incoming calls and log any relevant data when required.
  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and handled professionally
  • Provide information, support and advice to customers
  • Place customer orders and keep record of all inquiries, comments and complaints
  • General administration duties; Filing, Scanning, Printing.
  • Supporting the sales department in making calls to customers (not cold calling)
  • Getting spare parts from production and making sure they get to the customer safely.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients of the business.
