Our client in Central Bristol is looking for temporary Contact Centre Advisors to join their busy and friendly team. In this role you would be providing support for customers via the telephone and through their app and website. This role would be based in their office within Central Bristol.


Responsibilities include:


  • Prioritising issues raised and communicating them to the relevant team to deal with
  • Logging details of all communication on an internal system
  • Maintaining communication with colleagues and customers
  • General administrative tasks.

What you'll need:


  • Confident communicator who's happy speaking over the telephone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise time effectively.


This team operate 7 days a week and you will be working 37.5 hours per week across five days, on a rota including weekends, covering shifts between 8am-8pm, and is paying £10.72 per hour.

The contract is initially temporary for at least two months, with the potential to extend or become permanent.
