The IT Service Delivery Lead is responsible for providing IT support to enable the business to function efficiently and effectively within Subsea7.


This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT On-site Support Team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.


Key responsibilities:


  • Deliver excellent Presentation, Audio-Visual and Townhall support, ensure meeting room technology is maintained to high standards and routinely checked to ensure high levels of availability
  • Provide technical leadership, direction and prioritisation of the activities carried out by the local On-Site support teams, ensuring they are supported, able to achieve their objectives and continue to develop
  • Support IT asset management including software, hardware, telephony including mobile and video conferencing equipment
  • Champion Service and Support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting your service area and ensuring service impact is minimised and agreed
  • Inspire confidence and build robust working relationships with our customers including Executive and VIP support
  • Ensure that training services and user inductions are in place to educate staff on how to use meeting room and collaboration technology effectively
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
  • Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments

Qualifications:


  • Significant experience in an IT Operational Environment
  • Supporting a modern workplace environment including but not limited to;
W10, O365, Teams and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • M365 fundamentals (preferred)
  • ITIL
  • Awareness of Agile Methodologies

Personal skills:


  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Clear and effective oral and written communications skills in both Norwegian and English. Able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
  • Enjoys a dynamic working environment with short deadlines and ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision
  • Ability to contribute to a positive working environment
