We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about aviation to join our management team at LHR
Airport.



Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of the Red Handling Ramp and Deicing Training.

Deliver consistently high department training standards through robust routines and processes, ensuring operational excellence.


As the SME work along side Head of training to ensure training material and process are current and inline with regulation.


Work along side the planners and department heads to upskill and train via staff release or on the job turnarounds.

Proficient in eLearning platforms and classroom presentation.

Support the development and maintenance of all training material and update of all regulatory and legislative changes.

Support maintaining and updating staff training matrix and associated training records.

Support flexible workforce by upskilling all staff to be multiskilled.


Support the development and Implement standard SOP and operating standards to help showcase Fenix as a new growing ground handling company that can be recognised by its standard of work and delivery.


Create a great place to work through recognition and communicating with the team by role modelling the company's Ethos of employee value.


Salary:
£33,000.00 per year
