This innovative and technologically advanced consultancy are looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join their practice. They boast a myriad of impressive clients from investment banks to insurers to public entities. All of their projects requirethe highest level of technological excellence in their team.

This Senior Cloud Security Engineer will be working to roll out harden cloud environments in a varied and fast paced environments.

This is a role attached to sold work, however when you are not attachedto a client, there is a huge focus on your own professional learning and development, with every single member of the team attaining additional certs each year.


Senior Cloud Security Engineer :
The role

  • Provide leadership to steer solution design both in a client facing and internal capacity so that you can progress your career
  • Continue your own research and passion for emerging cloud technologies so that you can have meaningful impact on your client projects
  • Communicate to your client's stakeholders using a variety of workshops, presentations and other methods so that the project is adopted successfully
  • Adapt your communication style to suit the range of stakeholders in different clients to ensure that the project runs smoothly
  • Develop your professional expertise through mentoring more junior members of the team
  • Assist with the recruitment process to help expand the team to meet increasing demand of the wider business when appropriate

Senior Cloud Security Engineer :

Your Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and technologies such as
    AWS,
    Azure, and
    GCP:
  • A platformneutral broadbased understanding of cloud security, audit, and risk
  • Experience with security tools such as SIEM/SOAR, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software
  • The ability to simplify a complex idea to meet the needs of your audience
  • Proactive approach to work, good at handling uncertainty and able to manage work without close supervision, particularly when working on complex projects
